New Member Party

Petrol Lounge—a Hill Country Region PCA sponsor—will be hosting a reception to welcome new members on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 5:00-8:00 p.m.  New Member Social is presented by XPEL, another HCR supporter.

Come snack, socialize, and sneak a peek at Petrol Lounge’s unique collection of customer vehicles.   Viewing will be restricted to designated areas; no touching of the vehicles is permitted and photographing of certain vehicles is prohibited.
FEE
Please note there is a NON-refundable $10.00 per person Administrative fee to help defer the cost of tables, chairs, and table cloths.   This fee must be paid before you can be confirmed for the event.
THE REQUISITE WAIVER
An event-liability waiver for non-minors must be completed for attendees to be confirmed for this event.  You must verify your eSignature after you submit the electronic waiver when registering on ClubReg.
Note that we cannot confirm you as an attendee until your eSignature is authenticated.
MINORS
The parent or guardian of any attendee under 18 will need to sign the minor waivers in person at Petrol Lounge on the day of the event; alternatively, you can opt to print it, complete it, and bring it to the event.

Registration will be closed once the event is filled with confirmed attendees or by November 18, 2021.
