A MID SUMMER NIGHT’S WINE SOCIAL

There’s nothing better than socializing with your fellow HCR Porsche Enthusiasts and when you add in some fantastic wines and delicious foods, you’ll be sure to have an exceptional experience.  The HCR is pleased to announce another wine social to be held on Sunday evening, July 19, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This event is being hosted by Bill and Kim Foster at their home in Steiner Ranch.

As with previous wine socials, we will continue the tradition of featuring a specific theme for this event.  With that, Bill and Kim have selected some of their favorite Texas wines for y’all along with a home-made Texas style meal.  Guests will be welcomed with a cool and refreshing sparkling wine followed by an eclectic selection of Texas varietals including a white wine, a rose wine, and two red wines.  Bill will be your Sommelier for this special evening by introducing each wine and explain why they have chosen it for this tasting.

Make sure you arrive hungry because Kim will prepare a Texas size spread of tasty appetizers and several main dishes to complement the wine tastings.  After the initial pours of the four varietals, guests can enjoy additional pours of one or more of the five wines if they want to enjoy a bit more of their favorite wines they have already sampled.

The cost is $40 per person, which includes all wine and food and is payable at registration on ClubRegistration.net.

Registration opens Wednesday, July 1, at noon at https://clubregistration.net.  Due to space and parking limitations at the Foster’s home, attendance will be limited to 35 guests.  If the event limit is reached prior to the close of registration, any subsequent registrants will be placed on the wait list which will be used to fill any cancellations.  Registration will close on Thursday, July 16 at 5:00 PM.

The venue address, gate codes and parking recommendations will be emailed to confirmed registrants approximately two days in advance of the event.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be available for cancellations received prior to the close of registration on July 16.
